This may include account, identity, vehicle, location, ride, payment, communication, support, and technical information only where the product requires it.
3. Why information is used
Purposes and lawful bases will be documented for operating the platform, coordinating rides, processing transactions, maintaining safety and security, providing support, complying with law, improving the product, and communicating where permitted.
4. How information is shared
The final notice will explain necessary sharing between riders and drivers, with service providers, within the company, during a corporate transaction, when directed by a user, and where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
5. Retention and security
Naka will document retention periods or the criteria used to set them, together with the organisational and technical measures used to protect information. No security measure will be described as absolute.

The final notice will explain available access, correction, deletion, consent, communication, grievance, and other data rights, including how they may be exercised and any lawful limitations.
